Refund policy

ZE|DE Kollektiv provides creative, branding, design and digital services tailored to each client.

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, completed services and digital deliverables are non refundable.

If a project is cancelled before work has begun, any payments made may be refunded, excluding administrative or payment processing fees.

If a project has already started, refunds will be assessed based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.

If you experience any issue with a delivered service, please contact us and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
