By using this website or engaging ZE|DE Kollektiv, you agree to these Terms.

All proposals, quotations and project timelines are subject to written agreement.

Payment is due according to the agreed quotation or contract. Work begins only after payment has been received and all required client materials have been provided.

The agreed project fee covers only the services specifically described in the proposal or contract. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before execution.

Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional revisions are billed separately.

Results such as sales, engagement, advertising performance, media coverage or business growth cannot be guaranteed and depend on multiple external factors.

ZE|DE Kollektiv's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant project and excludes indirect or consequential losses.
